Return Policy
DEWS Official will accept exchanges for any purchased product of equal value or offer store credit if the item is returned within 72 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, if 72 hours have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange or credit.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Return shipping methods and costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
We must receive and inspect the returned merchandise before any exchange or credit can be issued.
In cases where the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. You will then be informed of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly
Sale Items
All sale items are final.
Only regular-priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be exchanged.
